At Van Strien patisserie, we enjoy our work and it shows - our savoury biscuits are a real treat for serving with drinks. We make our own crusts using real butter for the best possible results. The biscuits themselves are handmade, and given a special flavour through the addition of various nuts and Gouda and Edam Holland cheese.
