Conditions of participation in the New Product Showcase at ISM 2012.

Only exhibitors at ISM 2012 are entitled to participate in the New Product Showcase. Products are only allowed to be displayed if they correspond to the ISM 2012 list of products, were developed after ISM 2011 and are completely new products.

The exhibitor guarantees that the registered products are their own newly developed products, and that the presentation of these products does not infringe any property rights or other rights of a third party. Should Koelnmesse be subjected to claims from third parties on the grounds that their rights have been infringed by the exhibitor or by one of the products displayed by the exhibitor, the exhibitor shall release Koelnmesse from all such claims. Participation requests will be processed in accordance with availability at the time of receipt of the registration for
the New Product Showcase by Koelnmesse; the exhibitor will be informed in writing in the event of non-admission.

Koelnmesse reserves the right to limit the number of products per exhibitor and to base inclusion in the New Product Showcase area on additional product information and proof that the product has been newly developed. The design of the New Product Showcase area and the placement of products shall be organised by Koelnmesse. Koelnmesse assumes no liability for loss or damage of products. The Conditions of Participation in ISM 2012 apply. I consent to the publication of the product descriptions in the online catalogue from 28th January 2012.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing information material about their products. The participants must be enter their product information online in two languages, and including a picture, via a special ISM WEB portal. From this data we can create an Internet presentation and a brochure stand (A5 portrait format). Advertising displays, banners and panels are not permitted due to the limited space available.
