Rules of participation in the New Product Showcase at ISM 2013.

Only exhibitors at ISM 2013 are entitled to participate in the New Product Showcase. Exclusively products corresponding to the ISM 2013 product directory, created after ISM 2012 and representing genuine new developments can be presented.

The exhibitor guarantees that the registered products are its own new developments and that the presentation of the products does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. In the event that Koelnmesse is subject to claims for damages by third parties on the ground that their rights are violated by the exhibitor or by a product presented by the exhibitor, the exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify Koelnmesse from all such claims.

Participation requests shall be considered according to availability after the date of receipt of the registration for the New Product Showcase at Koelnmesse; the exhibitor shall be informed of nonacceptance in writing. Koelnmesse reserves the right to limit the number of products per exhibitor and to make inclusion in the New Product Showcase dependent on additional product information and proof of innovation. The design of the New Product Showcase area and the placement of products are the responsibility of Koelnmesse. Koelnmesse is not liable for loss of or damage to products. The ISM 2013 terms and conditions apply. I hereby agree to the release of the product descriptions in the online catalog starting 1/27/2013.

This year we also offer to integrate your product in the innovation database, which is maintained by the press service department. Your data is automatically entered into this database. Should you object to this, we kindly ask you to include a brief comment to that effect on the registration form.

The participant is responsible for uploading informational materials about their products. Participants upload the product information in German and English and image online via a dedicated ISM Web portal. This data will be used to generate a Web site and a product information sheet stand (DIN A5 portrait format). A QR code will be generated for the brochure stand that will allow the participant to be contacted directly. Due to the limited space, advertising displays, banners and stands are not permitted.
